We have a new client at Nihiwatu Sumba NTT, which is looking for a Head Chef
for their hotel at Sumba

* male, max 45 yo, willing to stay at Sumba NTT island

* experience in similar high end operation at F & B Product

* strong kitchen leadership and organization skill

* 5 stars hygiene and sanitation standard

* flexible & able to cater of particular guest request / preferences
/ allergies

* able to do mentoring, coach and train to develop the kitchen and
work together with local island staff

* willing to do several task beyond F & B Product / scope of the job

* salary start from 9 - 12 million Rp.

* ready to work by this May - June 2011

* Remunerations : Annual Leave, Housing, and insurance
