JOB VACANCY
Opening position as CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER in EXIGO Brand Activation Agency.
We are looking for a young talented professional who has passion and high interest in strategic brand communication, marketing research and brand activation management. The young talent should have interests in observing brand activities, brand advertisements, consumers behavior and channel / distribution activities.
The person will hold responsibility in client servicing (taking client's briefs, managing client's expectations, and managing project - research & events/activation- implementation & reporting) and managing client service team.
This person will also manage client servicing team, production team and creative team at the same time.
Requirements: Male/Female, Age: 28 - 35 years old, has background in marketing / advertising / research / promotion, fluent English (writing & speaking), fluent in operating Microsoft Office (word, powerpoint, excel), willing to work hard. Most importantly, we need an individual who has passion in brand activation, brand analysis, brand communication, consumer insights, market analysis, CRM and other brand promotion programs.
This person should have experiences:
- at least 3-4 years in handling advertising, campaign, or below-the-line clients / brands in client service team.
- has been handling several multi national clients.
- has been working in 1-3 years or more in advertising or below-the-line agency.
- has experience in handling team / having subordinates under his/her supervision.
His/her skills should be:
- leading our client service team in taking client's brief, understanding the client's brief, and organizing proposal development for pitch / new business.
- leading our client service team to manage operational excellence in every projects conducted.
- able to work under pressure and not crack under pressure for client's satisfaction. Taking problems as challenges as scoring record and building reputations.
- manage clients relationship and building it consistently.
- able to see business perspectives for every account / client opportunities.

Basic Requirement:
- Male or Female - no preference
- No Degree requirement
- Passionate in Brand Campaign, Brand Analytics, Brand Communication, CRM and Below-The-Line
- Age : 28 - 35 years old
BENEFITS:
- Range of Basic Salary : IDR 5 - 7 mio / month (depends on the individu qualifications)
- Bonus per Project basis
