 Our client, an International manufacturing company, is urgently looking for dynamic professionals to strengthen its growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

 

Total Productive Maintenace Coordinator

 

Responsibilities :

• Developing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program according to company standards
• Using a criticality analysis across the factory to gain the quickest overall factory performance.
• Provide Zero Product Defects, Zero Equipment unplanned failures and Zero Accidents continuously
• Maximize plant and equipment effectiveness to achieve the optimum life cycle of production equipment

Requirements :

• Male, min age 26
• Min S1 Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
• Good English communication skill is a must (both written and spoken)
• Min 3 years experience in similar position
• Having strong leadership, and good analytical skill
• Must demonstrate initiative
• Able to work under pressure
• Implement TPM min 2 years
• Well Understand about Lean System
• Have own Certificate Sixgma (Green belt / black belt )
• Well Understanding about Overall Equipment Effectiveness

 

Salary : 5- 7 mio per month

Depending on Qualifications and Experience
