We are URGENTLY SEEKING some professional and well experienced Restaurant Staff with a good background in Coffeé Shop to work in New Coffee shop of CO-CAFÉ EST, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia with the following position as:

 

1. 1.   Position       : Barista (Coffeé Maker)

     Experience  : Min. 2 years experience in the same field

     Basic Salary : SR 1100 (1st year contract),   SR 1300 (2nd year contract)

1. 2.   Position       : Team Leadert

     Experience  : Min. 3 years experience in the same field

     Basic Salary : SR 2200 – SR 4200

1. 3.   Position       : Café Manager

     Experience  : Min. 5 years experience in the same field

     Basic Salary : SR 3000 – SR 5000

Here are the Benefits offering:

-   Accommodation       :  Company provided

-   Transportation         :  Company Provided

-   Probationary Period  :  12 months probationary period

-   Length of Contract    :  4 years (for no. 2 & 3)

-   Length of Contract    :  2 years (for no. 1)

-   Working Hours         :  98 hrs/week (included lunch and prayers time)

-   Overtime (no.1 & 2) :  USD 1.25/hour after 14 hours a day

-   Tip from customer    :  Yours own

-   Bonus Ramadan       :  USD 50

-   Bonus Eid Fitri          :  USD 50

-   Bonus Eid Adha        :  USD 50

-   Bonus Hajj              :  SR 5000 on the 2nd contract period

-   Annual Vacations      :  21 days every year with return ticket.

-   Medical                   :  Company provided

Other terms and condition is as per Saudi Arabia Labour Law and this will be specified in the employment contract.

 

General Skills Required:

1. Male, Age between 22 – 45 years old.
2. Religion is Islam
3. Able to speak & write in English.
4. A good personality, highly motivated and inspirational
5. Ability to work independently & good team work.
6. Have permission from family
