Accountant Head is required for one of the prestigious Major Oil Drilling Company in Jakarta: Job Title: Accountant Head Category: Accounting / Finance Job Status: Full Time Location: Jakarta Job Description: Taking responsibly for all of the financial activities of the company Prepare profit and loss statement report for each (sales, administrator) Maintain local banking relationships including negotiating facilities agreements and ensuring that such activities are carried out with planned time frame and in context with general financial plans, targets and interest Preparing cost center by analyzes costing per product and its effect on Profit and Loss Accounts, controlling inventory Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency within departments Authorize payments and monitor other expenditures and report major variances Assess financial reporting systems, accounting, procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures Responsible for total accounting functions Prepares budget forms for distribution at the beginning of the budget process; prepares fund summaries Ensures adherence to generally accepted accounting standards and principles; ensures maintenance of proper audit trails and verification and reconciliation actions for all processed work Plans, manages, coordinates, and implements the year end closing processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records; conducts year-end closing process; provides information to financial auditors; conducts standard internal audits of various accounting records  Job Specification: Male / Female Max 35 years old Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting / Finance from reputable university with min GPA 3.0, and MBA is prefered 10 years of experience, of which Min. 3 years as Public Accountant at KAP or 5 years as Accounting Manager Supportive, creative, energetic and have negotiation skills.
