Technical Manager
Requirement:
· Progressively increasing software development experience (5+ years)
· Hands-on experience with Open Source SW development and ideally have been participating in some open source SW development.
· Excellent understanding of software development process, particularly Agile Methods
· Expertise in software development in C, C++, Qt.
· Exposure to Linux, Mac and Windows platforms.
· Experience in developing plugins, UI's for multi-IDEs across platforms.
· Passion for innovation with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
· Awareness of open source community practices and operating principles
· Understanding of the nuances of virtual, multi-site and multi-cultural organizations
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent

Key Responsibility:
Develop and implement a marketing strategy for both short term results and long term sustainable growth and increase brand awareness via public relation activities, product promotions and delivering exceptional events
Qualifications:
· FEMALE, Bachelor degree from reputable overseas or local university
· Min. 4 years working experience, preferably in the marketing field, and familiar in organizing promotional activities and event
· Possess ability to build a marketing and budget planning with strategic thinking for both short and long term activities.
· Advanced computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
· Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skill in written and spoken English
· Excellent coordination and organization skills
· Able to work in a team and independently as well
· Able to work under pressure and willing to work flexible hours

Responsibilities
o In charge for overall government relation matters
o Handling all company permits
o Handling all Public Relations matters
o Maintaining good relationship with government and company stakeholders
Qualification :
o Max. 50 years old
o Hold Bachelor degree (S-1) in communication, law, management or related field
o Having min. 10 years experience as Government Relations
o Good lobbying, communication skill and negotiating
o Excellent English, can speak Chinese is an advantage
o Familiar with mining job activity
o Computer literate
o Good attitude, honest, fast learner, work detail, diligent, energetic, self motivated, hard working and result oriented
o Able to handle multi tasking job

Responsibilites :
· Create & implement Channel marketing plan ensuring alignment with business priorities
· Work with sales to develop and roll out campaigns, support training and incentives
· Effective measurement/ tracking of marketing investments
· Drive marketing innovation with Channel partners to support market innovations/ incremental revenue opportunities
· Manage marketing relationships with key partners, to drive campaign activity ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years Telecommunications experience
· At least 2 years Channel Marketing experience
· At least 2 years in a managerial role
· Channel & industry knowledge, including: Telecoms partners, distribution and sales channels KEY SKILLS
· Excellent collaboration and communications skills
· Good attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to build relationships long term sustainable & profitable partnerships to achieve mutual goals
