[JobFair-Indonesia] Vacancy HR Officer

 

We are a Joint Venture Company in Indonesia, our activity is to produce Lube Base Oil. The product are exported and used in domestic.

 

HR Officer

(Jakarta)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

-       Coordinate with user or other Departments/Plant (User) to prepare Company's Manpower Planning

-       Coordinate Human Resources procurement, covering; Recruitment, Selection, Medical checkup, Employment, Placement and Orientation.

-       Maintain and updating potential applicant's database.

-       Coordinate with user for probation evaluation period and contract extension.

-       With HR team to organize annual performance appraisal program.

-       Organize Training & Education Program; Planning, analysis and implementation.

-       With HR & GA Manager to formulate career path/plan within organization

-       Conduct salary survey and comben package among similar industries and region survey for any higher inflation probabilities.

-       Maintaining and updating Personnel Information system (if any)

-       Maintaining personnel data files both in softcopy and harcopies.

-       With GA team maintain employee insurance and hospital provider, i.e. Jamsostek and In Health Insurance (Hospitalization, outpatient).

-       Recruitment & OD Reporting.

 -      Calculate employee salary, overtime and other compensation per company's system then

transfer it to each employee accounts.

 -       Processing and making report PPH 21

 -       Payroll Reporting

 -       Support to help team in certain event and other tasks and also supported when one of a team is absent.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

-       Male or Female, bachelor degree preferably Psychology and or any other related academic field with similar experience.

-       Age between 30 - 37 years old

-       Having experience minimum 5 - 7 years in the same field

-       Familiar with PPH 21 calculation

-       Familiar with behavioral interview, and competency based concept will be an advantage

-       Good interpersonal

-       Good in English and Indonesian language

-       Hard worker and able to work in a tight schedule

-       Excellent skills in computer
