For our repeater Client from UK, this Hotel-Resort established for
generation to generation and still develop their excellent management to
come
They have 2 new project for their restaurant inside the property at
CandiDasa-Karangasem-Bali
* MEDITERRANEAN and an ITALIAN PIZZERIA - PASTA RESTO
* DELICATESSEN SHOP, BAKERY & PATISSERIE, a TAKE AWAY SERVICE, and BAR
- LOUNGE.
These projects will soft opening on next March 2011, so prepare your CV and
make sure you have these qualifications:
* Male, max 39 yo, preferable can stay around CandiDasa area
* Experience from any chain of Bread Talk Bakery / Bali Bakery / 4-5*
hotels specialization in Bakery & Pastry
* A guy with high idea and integrity in his field, willing hand to
hand to do all the cook with the team, not just stay clean and order!
* A Supervisor Pastry Baker that ready to become Chief Baker,
* Can deliver his responsibilities in - out the kitchen and explain to
the guest fluently in English
* Can seriously work together with GM and Senior Chef side by side in
budgeting, details and targets
* Open & pleasant person to manage local and other cultural background
* Ready to join them by this end of February or mid of March 2011
* Salary offer starting from 4 million to 6 million Rupiahs (MAX)
exclude any offered remunerations!
* If you can carry your weight based on that salary range, send your

* Only for very - very short listed candidates to follow direct
interview!
We have been help this Hotel for 5 years, starting from Receptionist, Office
staff and Account, Driver till the GM position
