 Personal Requirements:

  • Male /Female, possessing S1 Mechanical Engineering minimum 5 years related experience
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
  • Experience using SAP is preferable
  • Willing to be placed on Cikarang

SUMMARY

Responsible for providing support for area office in the following areas: record keeping of financial transactions and budget requirements, administration and purchasing, and general office management.    

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§  <!--[endif]-->Responsible for day to day bookeeping activities based on required standard including completing and documenting transactions, effecting payment against approved invoices, and ensuring all appropriate payments/income is recorded according to organization policy

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§  <!--[endif]-->Performs a strict control of the documents received from staff as expense reporting &, partners as sub grant reporting;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->§  <!--[endif]-->Ensures that vouchers are complete, signed by the appropriate persons, and produced strictly according to ChildFund Indonesia procedures;

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION
