for the following positions :

MIDDLE ASSOCIATE For CORPORATE Dept. (Specializing in Capital Market)

General Requirements :

- Male/Female, max. 35 years old

- Excellent academic record from a recognized law school

- Good personality, excellent communication skills, able to work
independently or in a team

- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI

Requirements for Corporate Dept. :

- Min. 3-7 years working experience in the required field

- Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal
due diligence, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, loan
arrangements & capital market.
