Accounts Payable

 

Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years' experience in accounts preferably in services Industries
• Hard working and strongly committed to his/her job
• Team player and able to work well with others
• Very good accounting and analysis knowledge
• Bachelor degree from reputed University
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Software skills (Words, Excel, Power Point etc )

Job descriptions:

• AP Invoice booking and updating cash and bank entries.
• Vendor accounts reconciliations.
• Checking all the payment voucher before payment.
• Maintaining all records for cash and bank payments.
• Cash and bank reconciliations.

Salary: Negotiable

·        Min Senior High School

·        Must be Having a PPJK license / Izin (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan)

·        Having at least 3 years' experience in handling airfreight import.                         

·        Having knowledge in Excel, Microsoft words and internet.

·        English capability will be a big plus.

 

 

Salary: 2 Mio Per month + Allowances

·      At least the most recent 2 years' experience in Courier  Services or Freight Industry as Sales preferably from DHL, TNT, UPS.

·      Hold a bachelor degree of any major from reputable University.

·      Fluent in English both oral and written.

·      Has excellent selling, negotiation skills and well presented

·      Result oriented, work under pressure and proactive.

·      Computer literate (MS Office applications)

·      Has own transportation – preferably bike.

·      Willing to come to the office on Saturday alternate.

 

 

 

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications

Job descriptions:

• Handling complete activities related to IT, withholding tax, VAT and Jamsostek returns and controlling functions
• GL accounts reconciliations
• Preparing balance sheet schedules
• Bank reconciliations
• Checking & posting all the AP, AR and GL transactions
• Inter Branch Account Reconciliations
• Freight invoicing , checking and updating the job card

Salary: 5 – 5.5 Mio Per month

Telemarketing

 

Requirement Telemarketing:

·         Female, between 28-35 years old.

·         At least the most recent 2 years' experience in Telemarketing preferably in Courier Services or Freight Industry.  Candidate from TNT, DHL, and UPS would be best.  

·         Bachelor Degree in a related field

·         English proficiency

·         Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

·         Sales skills

·         Knowledge of Aramex products: Express, Freight

·         Willing to come to the office on Saturday alternate.

·         The salary range 3 mio – 3,5 mio.

 

Accountabilities:

• Contact customers to maintain and strengthen customer relationship to grow revenue and improve yield
• Schedule calls to customers and perform these calls along with the daily activities
• Plan sales calls and visitation for team members in segments
• Generate and qualify sales leads
• Gather and update customer information
• Drive customers towards sales automation tools

·         Prepare offers to customers

·         Report on weekly basis to Sales Manager / Country Manager.
