Please note that a leading National Corporate-Banking is seeking a Commercial Lending Officer professional to join its Restructuring unit with responsibility for the development and execution of strategies for a whole chain with the following qualifications: Job Title: Commercial Lending Officer Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting the administration of the loan portfolio. You will be responsible for drafting strategy papers and credit papers around the reduction of client debt, drafting loan agreement documentation, reviewing security documentation, conducting due diligence on loan cases, undertaking research and compiling team reports as required.  This position originates, assesses, structures, negotiates and administers commercial credit to business clients in order to grow a high quality loan portfolio. The Commercial Lending Officer also manages a portfolio of commercial loan, deposit and treasury clients.
