Mulia Group Property now seeking the best qualified candidate for this position :

 

Senior Interior Design

Qualification :

Ø      Degree in interior design or architectural background

Ø      Hospitality experience

Ø      International design experience

Ø      Experience drawing, designing or detailing furniture with good knowledge of scale and proportion

Ø      Must work well under pressure

Ø      Will be required to visit factory and job site

Responsibility :

Ø      Capable of design interior, read shop drawing and architectural drawing

Ø      Review and sign off on shop drawing of interiors as well as furniture and fixtures

 

 

Senior Supervisor FIT OUT Project

Ø      Bachelor degree background education Architect or Technician Civil Engineering

Ø      Male, 30-45 years old

Ø      Experience as project coordinator in high rise building and hospitality industry at least for 7 years 

Ø      Hard worker, detail, independent, great team work and quick learner

Ø      Good communication skill and able to supervise the team

Ø      Willing to be placed in Bali

 

FIT OUT Supervisor

Ø      Bachelor degree in Architect or Civil Engineering, with GPA min 2.95

Ø      Male, max. 35 years old

Ø      Fresh Graduated or having experience in fit out project at least for 3 years (from property or office building is preferable)

Ø      Hard worker, detail, independent, great team work and quick learner

Ø      Good communication skill and able to supervise the team

Ø      Willing to work overtime and interested in the field project
