its DRR programme:
Project Finance and Admin Officer
Location: Ciamis – West Java
Duration: 13 months (subject to completion of probation period)
Summary of job profile/responsibilities:
To assist in Managing all aspects of day to day operations of project and office
finance
To assist in the implementation of financial policies and admin in all aspect of
procedures, systems and accounting software
Key requirements:
1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently to
deadlines
2. Knowledge of accounting and administration is asset
3. Knowledge of accounting software is asset
4. Knowledge of tax regulation is advantage
5. Knowledge of personnel and human resource issues is advantage
6. Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and good English language skills.
7. Computer literate (minimum MS Office)
8. Able to multi-task and work to achieve deadlines
9. Able to work under own initiative as well as within a team in a
multicultural environment
10. Individuals with good organizational skills and excellent motivation, but
no previous NGO experience will be considered.
