                                                -        IT Business Manager -

 

Scope of Work:

• Responsible for the planning of business solutions based information technology
• Responsible for project-related business solutions based information technology
• Well understood business process in Recreation Areas.
• Providing business solutions related to business process into an application / system-based information technology
• Ensuring that business solutions can increase revenue / efficiency in both time and cost
• Communicate with the customer (stakeholder / customer / organization) to get the best business solutions

 

Main Requirements:

• Having experience as Project Manager
• Having ability to translate a business process into a form of application / system
• Experience with the customer in terms of providing information technology based business solutions including implementation
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving, including interpersonal skills (written / verbal)
• Having ability to work under pressure of time
• Having ability to negotiate with the customer in terms work agreement, schedule and user requirements

 

 

Salary : Rp 10 – 15 million per month

Depending on Qualifications and Experience

- Social Media Manager-

Scope of Work:

• Responsible for the planning of marketing strategies based on social media to achieve company goals
• Ensure that the marketing strategy can enhance customer brand awareness
• To coordinate with the BOD / GM of marketing to get the appropriate strategy
• Understand and understand the community of bloggers in accordance with company strategy
• Conduct an analysis of the strategy that has been done and provide such information to the marketing department to get a better strategy
• Managing social media and everyday activities. Tasks include online advocacy, writing editorials, community outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• Ensure that social media strategy can boost revenue / efficiency in both time and cost monitor the development of existing social media and the possible strategies that may be applied

 

Main Requirements:

• Having experience as Project Manager
• Having knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and habits of its users (Facebook, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.) and how they can be used in different scenarios
• Having a knowledge of the environment of the bloggers that are relevant to the Company
• Having an ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats, and building and maintain relationships
• Having the ability to work under pressure of time

 

Salary : Rp 10 – 12 million per month
