Staff HRD – Performance Management / KPI controller (Code: KPI staff)

 

Requirements:

·       Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Bussiness Administration / Management /Finance /Accounting or any related discipline

·       Male, 28 – 38 years old

·                   Min 3 years experience in the same position and all of related benefit experience in palm plantation industry would be an advantage

·       Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).

·       Understanding and can demonstrate of all matters of KPI & Performance Management system

·       Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure

·       Highly motivated and creative minded with  a strong drive to succeed is a must

·       Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire

·       Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.

·       Work based on Jakarta & willing business trip to estate every month for a week

 

Responsibility:

• Handling periodic and tracking of each staff KPI at all divisions /estate
• Assessing employee's performance and identifying areas for improvement Completing the KPI/Performance Evaluation Form and an identify in specific and measurable goals;
• Reviewing and updating the job descriptions to reflect the current essential functions and responsibilities
• Making career path and job plan for each staff (promotion, mutation, and other purpose related to people development plan).
