GROUP GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
Qualification :
· Bachelor Degree (S1) Geology, Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering, Master Degree (S2) will be highly regarded
· Minimum of 10 (ten) years relevant experience
· Fluent in English verbal and written
· Good communication skills and negotiation skills
· Have confidence to challenges
Scope of work :
· Leading the geotechnical team across the J Resources group,
· Reviewing current geotechnical practices and implementing progressive change where required in order to maintain acceptable geotechnical risk profiles,
· Review of pit geotechnical models that support slope parameters suitable for each pit,
· Regular interaction with operational management to verify that geotechnical recommendations are available in a timely manner and are being appropriately implemented.
· Manage and nurture the professional development of your Geotechnical team
