We are Joint Venture Company in Indonesia as oil & gas refinery, currently recruiting urgently the position as follow:

HR & GA MANAGER (HRM)

Summary Of Responsibilities:

·         Prepare Human Resources Strategic plan

·         Managing, evaluate and oversee the development process in order to ensure readiness of employee & organization as company business needs:

·         Managing and evaluate required services of HR in ensuring quality of services as company business required (C&B, Recruitment, HR Information)

·         Managing activity related with Employee relation and Industrial Relations

·         Managing Performance appraisal process

·         Oversee and Manage all General Affairs activities

 

General Qualifications:

·         Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.

·         Minimum 10 years experienced in HR Management.

·         Excellent Leadership and good interpersonal skills

·         Fluent in English

·         Willing to travel periodically to our plant in Dumai.

·         Ability in to work in a team and facilitate teamwork

·         Strong communication skills (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills).

·         High stress tolerance and be open minded

·         Have a high sense of urgency, results oriented

·         Experience of getting know and understand the business and to identify HR as business Partner

·         Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization

·         Good planner and Problem solver

·         Familiar with labor regulations.

 

This Position will be placed in Jakarta with periodicaly travel to Dumai, Riau.
