Our Client, A Leading provider of Oil and Gas Construction Company in Jakarta, urgently requires the following position:

STRUCTURAL SUPERVISOR

 

General Requirements & Qualifications :

 

1. At least 5 years experience in the building construction industry with extensive experience inrelated craft
2. Minimum Diploma degree (Civil Engineering)
3. Female/Male, minimum 35 - 45  years old
4. Fluency in English, both oral and written is a must
5. Supervisory skills, honest and loyal to the company
6. Good leadership, interpersonal and communications skills
7. Willing to be placed in Sangatta (East Kalimantan)

 

Job Description :

 

1. Assists the project team by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of design and procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures
2. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of Structural Iron Work services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost
3. Evaluates Structural Iron Work service execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on to go scope
4. Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, safety indoctrinations and gang box meetings and provides coaching for improvement
5. Monitors crew for organizational structure sizing crew mix ratios and wage compliance
6. Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff facilities equipment and tool requirement plan
