-          3 years experience in the same position

-          Preferable hotel / up market restaurant

-          Good command of English

-          Male, age maximum 28 years

 

CHEF DE PARTIE or Demi CDP

 

-          Japanese food preparation skills is a must

-          3 years experience in 5 star hotel or fine dining Japanese menu section

-          Age maximum 30 years
