CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
MAIN PURPOSE :
Manage all operation in the customer service area
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Direct – Precalc Costing, Follow up order, sales reporting, export administration
2. Indirect – Sales Order & Administration
3. Budget for Customer Service
ACTIVITIES :
1. Formulate and update costing pre-calc according to any movement of cost drivers
2. Monitor and analyse any movement of raw material price that will affect total cost of products
3. Support TPD on cost calculation for new projects
4. Analyse Customer Satisfaction Survey
5. Support EHS Company Policy
6. Managing processes from Purchase Order issuance to schedule delivery of F/G,
7. Costing Pre-calc according to the company policies,
8. Manage administration process and sales report
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Male / female
2. Max. 45 y.o
3. Bachelor degree from any dicipline
4. She / He has Min 7 years experience in similar position
5. Fluent in Bahasa, English & Able to computer literate
6. Ready to work with target oriented & under pressure
7. Mature, Disipline, Honest, Conceptual, High responsible
