Need for HR Manager for Tool Manufacture in Sidoarjo, East Java

Qualification :
- Male/Female, max. 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- 8 years minimal experiences as HR Manager/Assistant Manager in manufacture
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Good in handling Industrial Relation/Union
- Understand about Labour Law perfectly
- Tough, analytical, have HR Strategies and able to handling HR Activities daily
- Salary around IDR 15 - 25 million (gross)
- Preferred domicile in Sidoarjo, East Java
