PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk is property developer under Pembangunan Jaya group that located in Central Business District area at Bintaro Jaya. The company was established on May 25th, 1979. It's engaged in development of satellite cities, which comprise of acquisition and development of land, construction of infrastructure and buildings such as house, condominium, shopping center, sports club, traditional market and other business activities of a real estate company.
Job Description :
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Develop strong relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requierments and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed with appropiate criteria.
- Identifying training and development needs based both on the organization's and invidual's needs.
- Managing the delivery of training and development programs and ensuring training requirements are met.

Requirements :
- Bachelor of Psychology, min. GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
- Max. Age 35 years old. Fresh Graduates / 1 year experience in related positions.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
