LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

 

 

1. Assist Training Manager to set up Training / learning & Development Program 

2. Good analyze, design, develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of training based on identified business needs. 

3. Manage training initiatives which directly support area operations.

4. Maintain SOP manuals up to date; audit annually. 

5. maintain/report/generate weekly and monthly training metrics. 

6. Ready to work in OKI - South Sumatera  

 

Education: 

-Less than 40 y.o

-Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience working in consultant  

-Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 

-Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills in english

-Discipline, mature
