LEGAL ASSISTANT
( Jakarta )
Responsibilities :
- Legal due diligence, permits, drafting contract, restructuring, advising, negotiation, and filling documents etc.
- Provide legal opinion and comment on the proposed contract agreement from the related functions.
- Analyze the contract with Multi National Company both domestic and overseas.
- Evaluate and analyze the suitability of the implementation of regulations, laws and legal implementation of the company in accordance with the applicable legal rules to minimize disputes that may arise from violations of the rules.
Requirements:
- Male, 25 - 35 years old
- Candidate must be graduated at least S1 majoring in faculty of law preferably from reputable university
- Conscientious, good filing document
- Min. Experience in the same position 2-3 years, understanding of legal process and legal documents
- Familiar with Document Tender and Document Contract
- Good English in Oral & Written is a must
- Experience in shipping or mining company is advantage.
