Grand Ixora Kuta Resort, Bali 4 star standard hotel that is growing fast, requiring some potential professionals and dare to accept the challenge with exciting rewards to joining with the following positions:

1. General Manager (GM)
• Male / Female max 45 years
• Discipline, Honesty, Dedication, Loyalty and good spirited leader
• Education min S1 Management Business and Hospitality
• Experience as a GM in a 4 star hotel at least 5 years
• Background Marketing and sales of at least 5 years
• Have a good connection with the travel agents within and outside Bali
• Able to plan, organize and manage the daily operations are effective in hotel management, as well as having the ability to negotiate with third parties.
• Fluent in English both oral and written

2. Director Of Sales (DOS)
• Male / Female Aged Max. 40 years
• Discipline, Honesty, Dedication, Loyalty and spirited leader and a good working team.
• Minimum S1 Management Business and Marketing Hospitality
• Minimum 3 years experience as DOS
• Have a good connection to the Government and Corporate as well as travel agents both inside and outside the country.
• Fluent in spoken and written English

3. Marketing Communications (MarCom)
• Male / Female max. 35 years
• Discipline, Honesty, dedication, loyalty and a strong soul to publish Company
• Minimum D3 Hospitality
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Marcom
• Have the ability to establish good interpersonal relationships with the media and other sources of publication
• Mastering Corel and Photoshop to design promotional materials.
• Fluent in English both oral and written

4. Hrd & GA Manager (HRM)
• Male / Female Age Max. 35 years
• Discipline, Honesty, Dedication & Loyalty
• S1 Law / Psychology
• Minimum 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager preferably in the field of Hospitality
• Ability to create a work plan needs Recruitment, training and have experience in dealing with licensing documents permitting.
• Understanding and Mastering the Law on Employment, Compensation / Payroll.
• Spirited Team Leadership and good working
• Fluent in English

5. Internal Audit Manager (IAM)
• Male / Female Aged Max. 35 years
• Discipline, Honesty, Assertive, Responsible & Loyalty
• S1 Accounting
• Experience min. 3 years as an Internal Audit Manager preferably in the field of hospitality
• Able to work alone or in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and on target and achievement
• Fluent in English
• Mastering technology
