RECEPTIONIST
(Work Location: Peta Barat – Kalideres – Rawa Bokor)
Responsibilities:
· Welcoming Customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
· Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Scheduling for internal and external meeting.
· Prepare delivery documents for customer and any corresponding issue.
· Prepare all accommodation and reservation for out of town activities.
· Manage general administrative duties and staffs (Office Helper, Driver & Security).
Qualifications:
§ Female, Age of 22-27 years old.
§ Minimum D3 graduated.
§ Minimum 3 years experiences.
§ Good Attitude, Honest, Hard Working, Trustworthy, and Well Organized.
§ Having good communication skills and excellent in multitasking job.
§ Self-motivation and driven.
§ Able to speak in English.
§ Familiar to operate computer.
§ Resides in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang Area.
