We are one of Indonesia's leading Luxury Fashion and Retailers Company, is inviting highly qualified professionals to fill the position as Human Resources & Training Officer.
Working closely with the Human Resources Manager, The successful candidate will help to assist in managing all aspects of Training & Development, Talent Mapping. Developing training needs analysis. Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs. Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important. Developing effective induction programs. Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Qualification: FEMALE, max. 28 years of age, bachelor degree in law or psychology or Human Resources Management, a minimum two years of experiences in a busy HR Department at Training Officer or HR Officer level, Recently qualified or working towards Training qualification, able to demonstrate an understanding of the Training and HR cycle, experience in making syllabus of training program. Strong written and verbal communication skills
