 PROJECT ADMINISTRATION

 Personal Requirements:

  • Female, possessing D3/ S1 degree with minimum 5 years related experience on Administration Project or Document Control
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate in MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
  • Willing to be placed on Site Parapat
  • Domicile around of North Sumatera is preferable

Lingkup pekerjaan :

1. Melakukan proses rekrutmen
2. Memonitor sistem dan prosedur
3. Menghitung payroll dan Pph 21
4. Mengelola administrasi (absensi, cuti, BPJS, Asuransi dll)
5. General affairs
6. Membuat laporan bulanan
7. Membuat program pengembangan karyawan
8. Aktif terlibat dalam acara Perusahaan


Kualifikasi :
1. Pria / wanita
2. Pendidikan min. D-3 segala jurusan
3. Usia maksimal 30 tahun
4. Pengalaman 2-3 tahun sebagai HR staff
5. Menguasai program komputer (MS. Office)
6. Terbiasa menggunakan aplikasi media sosial
7. Diutamakan yang berdomisili di Jakarta Utara atau Jakarta Barat
