Our Client is an International Logistics Company, is urgently seeking dynamic professionals to strengthen their growing team. We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

 

Invoicing Officer

 

Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years' experience in accounts preferably in services Industries.

• Hard working and strongly committed to his/her job

• Team player and able to work well with others

• Very good accounting and analysis knowledge

• Bachelor degree from reputed University

• English proficiency

Job descriptions

• Sending out the weekly and monthly outbound invoices to each station/partner/agent.
• Continuous follow-up on outbound cases and resolving any discrepancies.
• Issuing credit notes for the inbound for stations only.
•  Invoicing COD on weekly basis.
• Updating outbound rates with the Operations team when/if needed.

 

 Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications
