JCI-Kimberley Executive Search International's client: a large shipping company in Samarinda, is currently seeking for the following position:
Job Title : Finance Manager
Reporting To : Asst. Director of Finance & Accounting
Based in : Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur
Responsibilities:
* Maintain daily financial control services according to applicable SOP
* Develop and formalize the financial planning, reporting and analysis functions
* Provide decision support ,financial forecasting, and business performance measurement
* Interpretation, and development as necessary, of monthly management reports,
variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents; design and implement procedures for more efficient reporting
* Analyze existing revenue streams and cost structures, and assist in identifying
opportunities for improvement in process
* Develop and provide analytics to assist management in the assessment and decision
making process to determine the optimal operational structure in managing each
business division to build strong profit centers
* Define and communicate the evaluation of corrective action plans to ensure financial
targets are met
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position:
* A minimum of 3 years of work experience as Finance leader.
* Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making
* Strong qualitative and quantitative/ financial skills
* Strong spreadsheet, data-management, and presentation skills
* Demonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes
* Uses good judgment and makes decisions as necessary
* Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects
* Works well in a team environment
* Works well under pressure
