Kopkarla was founded as Koperasi Karyawan PT. Aplikanusa Lintasarta based on Ministry of Cooperation in 01 December 1992.  Kopkarla  is a cooperation engaged in the procurement of goods and services. We are looking for self motivated, hard working, and qualified people to join as :

 

 

RECRUITMENT STAFF

 

 

Qualifications :

 

• Male/Female Max. 27 Years old
• S1 degree in psychology
• Have Experience min 1 years in same position (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge and skill in devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires, and other HR Matters
• Accurate and Detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good personality, attractive, creative, energetic & able to dealing with pressure
• Able Speak In English both oral & Written
