PT. Lintas Multi Benua was established in Jakarta as an investment company that is allocated to several companies engaged in mining, and acts as a holding company for other companies. The main activities of the Group in PT. Lintas Multi Benua include the exploration, mining and sales of mineral commodities, such as coal, bauxite, iron ore, gold, copper, nickel, antimony, manganese and other natural resource products. We are currently seeking

HR & GA Officer
Responsibilities:

Handling HR&GA administrative (prepare employee matters announcement, calculating overtime, employee services, etc)
Support to develop HR Policies and Procedure (Training, Recruitment, Appraisal, Compensation benefit, etc)

Requirements:

Female, age below 30 years old
Holding min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering
Preferably experienced in HR & GA at least 2 years
Able to create and develop concepts and strategies of human resource management
Having good knowledge of HR Procedures, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulations, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
Computer literate Microsoft windows, Offices, and HRGA software
Placement in Jakarta and able travel to remote areas
Proficiency in English
Proactive, detail and concern with accuracy
Having good communication and interpersonal skill

Finance Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:

Responsible to prepare financial report, which consist of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Retained Earning and Cash Flow Statement
Maintaining day to day ,journal entry to the archive document to ensure accurate and order the company's financial administration.
Handle Tax matters

Requirements:

Female, age below 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree (S1) , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge of Taxes and Accounting Principles
Excellent skills in MS Office (esp. Ms. Excel), administrative job
Ability to work with high accuracy, detail oriented and strong analytical skill
Good personality, Honest, responsible, loyal and high integrity

Temporary Receptionist (3 Months)
Responsibilities :

Handling incoming calls, guests, mails, packages, ticketing.

requirements :

Female, age below 30 years old
Min. SMU/SMK
Experience in Receptions will be advantage
Good looking and well manner.
