1. Title/Designation: Tech Lead (.Net)
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, Architect and Develop Microsoft .Net solutions based on suitable/standard design patterns
• Adopt new and emerging technologies to provide solutions
• Identify technical issues and provide resolution
• Reviewing code to ensure the guidelines
• Lead and mentor .Net Technical team
Experience: 3-9 Years
Key Skills: Microsoft Technologies - .Net Framework 3.0/4.0, ASP.net MVC 3, C#, MS Application Blocks, SQL Server 2005/2008 and 4+ Years of hands on experience in coding, designing/architecting browser/web based enterprise solutions
Mandatory Experience/Expert Knowledge in Areas: MS .Net Framework 3.0/4.0, ASP.net, C#, Application Blocks, Web Services, Design Patterns, .Net Technical Architecture, TFS
Good to have Experience/Knowledge in Areas: SaaS, SOA, Silverlight
Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering, Science Graduates, MCA, and Professional Degrees

Experience: 1 Year or above
Key Skills: Sound knowledge in Visual Basic 6.0
Good to have Experience/Knowledge in Areas: SQL 2000/2005, Crystal report
Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering,
