We Invite suitably qualified professionals to apply for the following position:

 

REGIONAL TRAINING HEAD (RTH)

Based at Semarang, Malang, Lampung, Palembang, Makassar

Responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor Regional's training programs and the implementation of the Agency System in order to maintain and increase productivities of the Region.
• Continuously develop the skills and competencies of Trainers under his/her supervision.

·         Manage and organize the Training Center effectively and efficiently, so it can serves the company purposes.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably from insurance industry.
• Having exposure at Leader training delivery and development.

·         Willing to be placed at the area mentioned above and travelling within region area.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills.
