Continuous Improvement System/Industrial Engineer Specialist

Job Accountability :

• Maintain working knowledge of all operations within assigned plant department
  1. � � � �To be better prepared to coordinate the study and implementation of proposed changes
  2. � � � �To help production and staff departments when problem arise.
• Providing for plant management such information, studies, and recommendations that are needed for improvement in the utilization of personnel and facilities to maximize quality output at lowest possible cost
• To control� the required machine capacities, manning and cost are meet the annual operating plant
• This position also is committed to protecting the environment, health and safety of our associates, customers and the communities where we operate.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering discipline
• Having more than 5 years solid experience in Industrial engineering / Continuous Improvement exposure,
  1. � � � �Man power optimization
  2. � � � �Quick change over
  3. � � � �Kaizen
  4. � � � �5S
  5. � � � �Hands-on / floor experience
  6. � � � �Understand process flow / VSM
  7. � � � �Self-motivated person, high initiative and able to work under minimum supervision
  8. � � � �Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work
  9. � � � �Individually as well as in a team
