IT Help Desk & Network Support

Job Accountability

• Helpdesk support
• Network admin/support
• Manufacturing system support
• Backup operator
• Telecom/PABX support
• Data Center Admin

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree majoring Informatics Engineering/Information System/Information Technology
• Having 3 years experiences as IT System Support is preferable
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting Telecom & Voice System
• Familiar with ITIL v3
• Familiar with SAP and manufacturing system application
• Good computer network skills, preferably CCNA certified
• A team player who have good interpersonal & communication skills
