Marketing Manager for OTC Brand
Qualifications:
Minimum S1/Sarjana degree with major in life science is preferable
Age not more than 40 years
Experience in pharmaceutical – hospital & regular market and distribution channel of min 5 years
Good leadership and had lead the team
Understand the distribution process
Good appearance and good communication + presentation skill
Able to work independently and start from the scratch
Fluent in English conversation
Good analytical skills and has a mature strategic thinking
Main Responsibilities:
Develop the team of marketing and regular distributions in both head office and branches
Build a good collaboration with principal and outlet
Provide annual and quarterly sales forecast and its reporting
Key Performance Indicator:
Annual budget achievement (sales and A/R) for OTC, Ethical
Double digit business growth on annual basis
Less than 5% of customer complain level
Number of new principal and product distributed additional
