World Vision is one of the world's largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations.

World Vision Indonesia partners with local humanitarian foundation Wahana Visi Indonesia to implement its programs in more than 40 Program Offices across 9 provinces. World Vision has been  working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing programming effort on health, education and economic development across transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and advocacy ministries. We are also part of an active NGO consortium in the areas of advocacy, child protection, health, community empowerment and disaster management.

World Vision Indonesia is currently seeking the following position :

Sponsorship Programming Facilitator  (Code : SPF)

Location : Jakarta

Major Roles:

To ensure National Office/ region/ cluster/ Area Development Program (ADP) has the capacity for assessment with the inclusion of all critical sponsorship aspects, designs that promote sponsorship integration and evaluation through ADP's LEAP ( Learning through Evaluation with Accountability and Planning)  cycle and Development Programme Approach (DPA); and enhancing the quality of process aligned with Sponsorship Transformation Program that bring about benefits to children and improve community participation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree

- Fluent in English (TOEFL: 500) 

- At least 2 years managerial with monitoring and evaluation or programming experience

- Solid understanding of sponsorship standart and policy 

- Good facilitation skills 

- Good communication skills (able to effectively communicate with different levels in the organization)
