HR & GA MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

·         To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HR daily activities.

·         To ensure the implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company.

·         To manage recruitment and staffing process.

·         To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)

·         To manage general HR administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices

·         To manage & control all GA matters

 

Qualifications:

·         Age maximum 40 years old

·         Having minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology or human resources management

·         Having at least 5 years of experience in related field in the same capacity, Managerial level

·         Knowledge & understanding of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulation, Industrial Relation, and it's implementation

·         Good interpersonal skill, communication skill, and fluent in English (verbal & written)

·         Analytical thinking, strategic concept planning, and effective leadership, with high degree of integrity and responsibility

·         Result oriented, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and committed to finish the task

·         Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications

·         Able to work independently, as well as part of a team

·
