BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

 

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales marketing initiatives & activities e.g. business events, collaborations with business partners and sponsors;
  • Carrying out market mapping, market survey, customer profiling, exploring new opportunity in the market;
  • Updating management on market trend and movement.
  • Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of promotions, 3rd party collaborations and marketing events;
  • Assist in the developing and production of marketing collaterals;
  • Assist in the development of media & manage publicity through promotional activities, press releases & social media etc;
  • Enhance the image and awareness of Nutric's branding;
  • Assist in the annual marketing planning, budgeting and forecasting;
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
  • Innovative in driving business opportunities whilst able to convert challenges into opportunities;
  • Driver mindset – readiness to be the TOP in CHOICE;
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
    • To meet monthly and annual Sales Target;
    • Analysis Cost Management & Cost Containment;
    • Sales Projection;
    • Weekly Sales Target Achievement Report and Forecast;
    • Preparing Executive Strategy for developing market share and profitability
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Marketing or equivalent with minimum of two (2) years related experiences.
    • Max. age 35 years old
    • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
    • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Preferably Staff specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work on flexible hours.
    • A good team player with pleasant personality and self-motivation.
