HR STAFF

Urgently Required

 

Main Requirements:

·         Female

·         Bachelor Degree from a recognized university

·         Minimum 3-4 years experience in HR organization

·         Excellent knowledge in Labor Law and its application in the company, HR Procedures and Processes, Recruitment, Payroll, Salary structure, Performance evaluation, Jamsostek, Compensation and benefit.

·         Knowledge of Industrial Relation, and has experience with Serikat Pekerja, LSM and Government

·         Having good skill in interpersonal, and communication

·         Strong leadership qualities, positive attitude, initiative and independent

 

 Salary:

Depending on experience and qualifications

·      At least 5 year work experience in Coal / Natural Resource related industry

    with strong network with the coal producers.

·      Good communication in English.

·      Willing to travel to mine site, each time at least 1 week.

·      Good personality, being responsible to carry out the whole project.
