DONATA SERVICES INDONESIA is recruiting professionals for our client, a multinational company in Telecommunications Industry in Indonesia. We are recruiting experienced talented people to be position as:
Finance Director (Code: FD)
Requirements:
a. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
b. At least 10 years of strong operational financial experience
c. Prior experience in retail and Point of Sales (POS) is a must
d. Experience in managing a Finance team that is spread across different parts of Indonesia
e. Familiar with regular reporting back to overseas corporate office
f. A self-starter and able to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
g. Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills to interact with people at all levels
h. Organized, meticulous and analytical with a strong character to uphold policies and guidelines
i. Possess the Leadership skills to lead, motivate and guide the finance team towards achieving the targets
j. Able to communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities:
a. Implement financial policy according to the Group's guidelines and requirements
b. Manage the full spectrum of financial activities including financial system implementation
c. Ensure proper and sufficient control measures are in place to support best corporate governance practices
d. Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements and reports to Corporate
e. Manage a finance team to support the daily operational needs
f. Liaise with the relevant authorities and auditors to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
g. Management of working capital and preparation of cash forecast and budgets
h. Develop members of the finance team to their fullest potential
