The right candidates are:

Minimum education of bachelor degree
Ability to initiate and manage a continuing editorial process for social media content
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platform and their respective audience/environments (Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Flicker, etc) and understand how they can be deployed in different scenarios
Fluent in spoken and written English
Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Out of the box thinker
Having 1-2 years experience in related industry (PR agency, internal PR staff, media) is an advantage
