PT Permata Energy Resources is a coal exploration and production group based in Indonesia (Sumatra and Kalimantan). The group has grown substantially and has been the largest privately owned coal mining company in Sumatera area. Currently, we are looking for young, energetic and dynamic professional candidates to join our team as position below:
1) Accounting Manager (AM)
· Analyzes reports and provide information to management
· Create system for Top line monitoring
· Ensure balance expense and accruals of top line are correct
· Provide solutions and advice in solving the existing problems
· Budget monitoring
· Supervision of staff
2) Finance Manager (FM)
· Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting function
· Monitoring cash flow and preparing daily cash flow
· Ensure prompt and accurate financial and management reporting
· Perform analytical review on monthly financials to support business decision-making
· Oversee the budget & forecast process, reports analysis and ensure timely reporting
· Review areas where processes and procedures could be further improved for greater efficiency
· Supervision of staff
Requirements (1 & 2):
· Min S1 Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
· Min 1 years experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Audit Firm
· Good knowledge in taxes, Accounting and Finance
· Good in Analytical skill & details
· Computer & Microsoft office literate
· Good command of English is an advantage
· Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
· Have a good understanding of accounting and tax systems, processes and practices
· Having certificate in brevet A&B would be an advantage
3) Finance & Accounting Supervisor (FASu)
· Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information
· Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures
· Develop, implement, and oversight of plans, policies, and procedures related to accounting, tax, audit, compliance and security to conduct the company's business, safeguards the assets of the company, and measures and reports the results of the company's financial performance
· Supervision Staff
· Prepare financial management reports
4) Finance & Accounting Staff (FASt)
· Support day to day Finance and Accounting Task
· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
· Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
· Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
· Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information
Requirements (3 & 4):
· Min S1 Accounting from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
· (3) Min 2 years experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Audit Firm
· (4) Min 1 years experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Audit Firm
· Good knowledge in taxes, Accounting and Finance
· Good in Analytical skill & details
· Computer & Microsoft office literate
· Good command of English is an advantage
· Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic
· Have a good understanding of accounting and tax systems, processes and practices
· Having certificate in brevet A&B would be an advantage
