Our Client, a well-known rapidly growing FMCG Company, is urgently seeking Dynamic Professionals to strengthen their Growing Team.
We invite qualified executives to fill the following position:

- RTD Product Manager -

Job Profile:
Responsible in developing RTD new product and conduct program based on communication, goals and marketing strategy.

Personnel Requirement
Age:Preferably around 35 years
Sex:Male/Female
Education:Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertizing or related field, or equivalent work related experience. Experience:Minimum 3 years in the same position.

Qualifications
Job Description:
• Analyzes RTD products and programs and recommends communications goals and strategies to increase transit use and improve RTD's image and level of awareness with the public
• Knowledge of marketing tools and strategies, including target marketing, public relations,market research, and communications media.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting procedures.
• Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities with close attention to detail.
• Demonstrated knowledge of copywriting and media-buying, including the cost benefit of media options.
• Analytical skills to analyze and interpret market research data.
• Strong knowledge of contracts.

Remuneration Package
Salary Range: 13 -15 Mio
Months of salary per year:13
Incentive/Bonus : average 3
Company car: COP 70 : 30 , IDR 148.100.000
Other benefits / facilities : Medical insurance class 600
