PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:
1. ESTATE/CAMP MANAGER (EST-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Plantation (HTI), Heavy Equipment & Estate/Camp Operation based on Production, Harvesting & Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirement:
• Male, age maximum 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
2. NURSERY MANAGER (NR-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Nursery for Forest Plantation (HTI) with new technology based on Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
 Max. 40 years old.
 Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
 Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
 Ready to be located in Kalimantan forestry operational site is a must.
3. HARVESTING ASSISTANT (HVS-ASST)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in plan, implement control harvesting process, Heavy Equipment & Truck operation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Age max. 35 years old.
• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technic Machine or related.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position.
4. PLANNING ASSISTANT (PN-ASST)
The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Age, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
• Familiar to operate Arc GIS.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
5. PLANTATION ASSISTANT (PLT-ASST)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
• Male/Female, Age max. 35 years old.
• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position.
6. CSR / COMDEV / SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL- ASK)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrating effective communication, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government, Communities Development & Employee Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Male, age max. 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Management/Communication/Agriculture from reputable university.
• Good relation with government & other social entities.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
7. CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS
ASST/SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
• Male, age max. 35 years old.
• Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
8. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT–HE & TR (MHETR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Male, age max. 45 years old.
• Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Superintendent.
9. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR– HE & TR (MHETR-SPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Male, age max. 40 years old.
• Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.
10. PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Procurement System and Activities such as Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory and store for Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR), Chip Mill Etc. and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/ /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experienced as Procurement Superintendent.
• Competent in managing data/statistic.
• Enjoy working with numbering & detail.
• Expert in SAP system.
11. PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (PR-SUPV)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory and store for Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR), Chip Mill, Etc. and employees development with strong computer and leadership.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/ /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experienced as Procurement Supervisor.
• Competent in managing data/statistic.
• Enjoy working with numbering & detail
• Experience in SAP system.
• Responsible for contract administration.
• Based in Balikpapan.
General Requirements:
• High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Willing to work in Balikpapan, Site Forestry Kutai Barat/Timur, PPU or Malinau, East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
