A touch of gentle Thai hospitality can be found in the Maldives at Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa, located at South Ari Atoll. Designed in a colonial style, with white timber buildings and meandering boardwalks that lead to the guest accommodation and restaurants, the resort has its own reef and dedicated shipwreck. There is a choice of suites and villas located on the beachfront or over-water, and a selection of exciting dining options along with a lively nightspot.

 

As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

-                         -  The Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and service in accordance with the Centara Spa's standard of excellence.

 

-                         -  Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently through manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention.

 

-                          -  Respond to all client requests in a courteous manner.

 

-                          -  Ensure suites are kept clean and tidy according to Spa checklist and health and safety standards.

 

 

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

-          *  Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

-          *  Excellent grooming standards

-          *  It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

-          *  High standards of cleanliness

-          *  Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner

-          *  Previous experience in a similar role
