Centara Grand Nusa Dua Resort & Villas, the second resort hotel to be opened in Bali by Thai hotel operator Centara Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a well seasoned Director of Human Resources.

Expected to be soft-opened in 2013 - the five-star property will feature a combination of deluxe suites and pool villas with a choice of one-, two- and three-bedrooms. The resort's design concept is based on the Peranakan style, a blending of Chinese and Indonesian or Malay cultural styles that has created very distinctive design and architectural forms for parts of Southeast Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Centara Grand Nusa Dua Resort & Villas is set to have 68 suites with the option of a private pool, a lagoon access or a private Jacuzzi, and 14 private pool villas with one, two or three bedrooms and butler service. It is also expected to boast a Spa Cenvaree with nine treatment rooms offering a full range of signature treatments, two large pools, and a fitness centre. Its fine dining restaurant, Ginger, is to feature Asian cuisine, while an all-day restaurant and two bars should provide further options for guests. Director Human Resources Qualification requirements:

·         Indonesian nationality (male or female)

·         5 star Hotel background

·         Must have Bali experience

·         At least 5 years experience in HR management

·         All-rounder in all fields of HR with proven track record

·         Up-to-date with the Indonesian labor law and local customs

·         Ability to communicate well in English

·         Highly organized to meet goals & deadlines  

·         Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, and has good people skills

·          Good organizations skills & works well under pressure

·         Strong team leader

·         Pre-opening & Bali experience is an advantage
