Project Manager
 
Requirement:
ü  Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable with major in technology or business background.
ü  Must have at least 5 years experience in Program/Project Management (where at least 3 years as a Project Manager)
ü  Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager in System implementation project or software development projects, involving multiple platform system.
ü  Must have good track records of delivering large applications or implementing business process improvements
ü  Solid people management experience of project teams
ü  Outstanding PC skills and Proficiency in written and spoken English
ü  Having excellent personal and interpersonal skills, including communication skills. Fluent in English as second language.
ü  Telco experience in delivery, software delivery experience. Telco delivery process.
 
 
Responsibility:
ü  Coordinate project activities to ensure successful and timely implementation
ü  Provide project updates and conducts status meetings
ü  Maintains updates to these documents and stores them for the project team
ü  Monitor and manage the project schedule, budget & risk
ü  Report to the steering committee, raising strategic issues.
ü  Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests for the steering committee.
ü  Ensure project meets requirements and objectives.
ü  Manage project team members.
ü  Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
ü  Look after the interests of the project team.
ü  Organize and chair project reference group meetings, as appropriate.
ü  Communicate project status to project sponsor, all team members, and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties.
ü  Maintain project documentation.
